Monday through Friday, The House of One community gathers each morning at 6 AM or 8 AM Central for a powerful rhythm of breathwork, meditation, prayer, healing, teaching, and transformation. We align our bodies with the Spirit, master the mind through meditation, step into our identity as sons and daughters of God, and activate the prophetic assignments God has placed within us. Together we experience breakthrough, encounter, real-time miracles, and deep inner alignment as one family walking in the frequency of Christ.
